Shipping policy
Due to COVID-19 we are limiting our ship out days to the Monday following the day the order was placed. This will help us limit our staffs interactions with others so we can keep them as safe as possible during these unusual times. All tracking information will be sent to the customer within 72 hours of shipment via information provided with your order
Once your order has left our hands and is with the carrier we are not liable for any losses, theft, or damage to your item. We do however encourage you to message us if any of the stated incident's happen with your item so that we are aware and can make the appropriate arrangements to get the issue resolved with you and the carrier. This means that we will make an insurance claim with the carrier.
